There is truly nothing more beautiful or awe-inspiring, in my opinion than a pregnant woman. Pregnancy is an amazing time in a mother’s life, whether it’s your first, third, or tenth (ok maybe you’d be a little over it by 10). I love capturing this time, in a real and intimate way. These at home maternity sessions, are just that; love filled, comfortable, and intimate.
Darby is pregnant with her first baby, a baby girl, with her husband Jared. These two were a dream to shoot. The love between them was obvious and electric. They are both buzzing with the excitement of being new parents. Ready to embrace all the love and chaos that comes with bringing a new baby home.
Darby couldn’t be more radiant as she enters her last month of pregnancy. I love to see a mother really love and embrace her pregnant body. I wish all moms felt as beautiful as they look during this time. Yes, I know pregnancy isn’t always glamorous and involves a lot of nausea and sweat. But in the scheme of things, this time is short and sacred.
